The Young and the Restless, General Hospital, and All My Children were among Miller’s most popular daytime dramas. His work on The Young and the Restless won him Daytime Emmy awards in 2010, 2013, and 2014.

The actor passed away on Friday, September 15th in Austin, Texas. During the following week, he would have celebrated his 44th birthday. Miller had been suffering from manic depression, according to his representative. There was no specific cause of death given.

Miller was born in 1979 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and raised near Dallas. After college, he moved to Los Angeles and worked in the mailroom of an entertainment company. After a dare from friends, he pursued acting and found success in commercials before landing his breakthrough role on All My Children.
